We become sick for reasons others than bugs, bacteria and infections (I omit viruses for good reason - there is probably no such thing as a virus!) - every dis-ease and physical imbalance is a symptom of an issue on emotional, mental or spiritual levels.  The physical is just the last bastion of manifestation of the issue, but these dis-eases are always a lesson or opportunity to get more powerfully and deeply connected to your true essence, giving you a blessed opportunity to heal and grow.
